Bladerunner Intercoolers represent the next generation of intercoolers. The Bladerunner intercoolers utilize a 3 in. bar and plate design that out performs OE style tube and fin core designs. The end tanks are constructed out of 3/16 in. TIG welded aluminum plate tanks that incorporate three multi-directional vanes that efficiently direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. The Bladerunner intercooler also comes with 4 1/8 in. pre-tapped ports for easy gauge installation as well as other auxiliary input options. Tested at 200psi which is perfect for the high boost applications. In recent testing the Bladerunner intercooler produced a 200 deg. temperature drop and a 100 deg. EGT drop as well as increasing air flow by 30 percent. Dont waste your time and money on modified factory intercooler. It's capable of controlling two separate 35 amp fans at different turn-on temperatures, with only a single probe. The first electric fan will be activated at the temperature set by the user followed by the second electric fan when the temperature becomes 10°F warmer. Each electric fan will turn off at 10°F below its turn-on temperature. Kit comes complete with wiring harness, fusible link, all necessary electrical connectors and 3/8 in. NPT thread-in probe.
