Product availability information presented on our website is the best, most current information we have. However, there is the possibility that errors may occur.

If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our best to let you know. We will also provide you with our best estimate of when the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

A physical shipping address is needed. We do not ship to post office box addresses or hotel/motel rooms under any circumstances.

Most orders are shipped the same business day, but it some cases it may take longer. We are not responsible for delayed shipments by carriers, holidays, or acts of God.

In some cases, the freight carrier may extend delivery time to certain residential areas. (Freight carriers do not include weekends in estimated delivery time.)

On-schedule delivery of UPS and Purolator packages is guaranteed pursuant to their Terms and Conditions, barring circumstances out of their control, including, but not limited to, the following: airline delays; failure, unavailability or refusal of a person accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the delivery location; riots, strikes, lockouts, work stoppages or other labor disputes; war, military actions or police actions; acts of terrorism; civil commotions; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena; and natural disasters.

For security and logistical reasons, packages cannot be rerouted once shipped. AutoPartsMall.ca will not incur any forwarding costs on shipments. Due to special package requirements, we may not be able to ship products to certain areas.

In accordance with the law, we charge the appropriate taxes based on the Province we are shipping to.

The AutoPartsMall.ca website was created for the exclusive use of our customers, and is intended for research and buying purposes only. No AutoPartsMall.ca print or online publication may be duplicated, redistributed or modified in whole or part.

AutoPartsMall.ca reserves the right, in its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this agreement at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications made by AutoPartsMall.ca . If at any time the terms and conditions of this agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease all use of the service. AutoPartsMall.ca may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content (including the interactive areas), without prior notice or liability.

AutoPartsMall.ca does not permit registration and purchases by and will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18.

You grant to AutoPartsMall.ca the right to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any content that you place on the service without compensation to you. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to grant all rights set forth in the preceding sentence.

Due to the fast-moving and changing nature of the automotive industry, prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors may occur and we reserve the right to make changes without notice.

All merchandise is sold AS IS. AutoPartsMall.ca makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. We are not responsible for automotive downtime, damage incurred, etc. AutoPartsMall.ca does not warrant that the functions contained in any product sold will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected, or that this website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. AutoPartsMall.ca does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of any product purchased in terms of its compatibility, correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise. You (and not AutoPartsMall.ca ) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction not covered by manufacturer warranty or additional product protection purchased from us or a third party on purchases made with our company. In no event shall AutoPartsMall.ca's total liability to you for any and all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort [including, but not limited to, negligence] or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to AutoPartsMall.ca for the specific merchandise at issue.
